Accepted as finalist for First Annual Foto8 Awards & Summer Show 2008, hosted by HOST Gallery in London, July 22- August 31, 2008. A print from the ongoing series "The War at Home" will be included in the exhibition and auction.
Awarded 3rd Place in Photography by the Association of Alternative Newspapers for the photo essay "The Longest Road Home", about the homecoming and funeral of Spc. Steven R. Jewell who was killed in Iraq.
